Not recommended for use during missions, as his abilities aren't the same and can prevent game progression. Same crime-fighting gameplay as PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360, except no challenges. Safe for cutscenes, though facial animations won't move during gameplay and cutscenes Characters won't be speaking outside Photo Mission 2, Movie Mission 1, and Kingpin Mission 1. 
NOTE: Lizard Mission 2 & Movie Mission 1, as well as getting out of Daily Bugle will have him revert to one of default Spider-Man’s suits. Photo Missions (Lizard 1 included), All Arsenic Candy Missions, Movie 3 (Part 3), Black Suit exclusive Missions. Photo Missions (Regular Suit Lizard 1 included), All Arsenic Candy Missions, Movie 1 and 3 (Regular Suit Part 3). Photo Missions (Black Suit Lizard 1 included), All Arsenic Candy Missions, Movie 1 and 3 (Black Suit Part 3), Black Suit exclusive Missions. However, some characters won't be playable in certain missions, change playable characters or enter Daily Bugle during gameplay:
